Precision Engineering
The length of the dumbbell adjusts based on the weight selected to keep every rep perfectly balanced, while a knurled metal handle that feels like a premium commercial-grade dumbbell provides excellent grip. With a simple twist of the handle, the the tongue-and-groove system at the top and bottom of each machined steel weight plate adjusts by 2-kg increments and connectors interlock to secure the plates together.
Space-saving Convenience
With a compact nesting design, a set of DB20 Adjustable Dumbbells replaces 10 traditional dumbbell pairs and the DB32 Adjustable Dumbbells replace 16 pairs, in just a fraction of the space.
